What do I do if I cannot remember my password?
If you have registered with tenax.co.uk and you have forgotten your password, simply click on the need help’ link in the banner at the top of the page (just to the right of the login box). You will then be asked to enter your account number (if you are a trade customer) or your e-mail address. Provided the value you entered is valid and stored in the database, we will send your password to your e-mail address straight away. Just make sure that you have added tenax.co.uk to your safe senders list or your e-mail may end up in the junk mail folder by mistake.
What do the various order status codes mean?
An order placed on Tenax.co.uk can be in one of a number of different statuses. The different statuses are as follows:
Pending – The order has been sent to Tenax, but is still awaiting payment authorisation before the order can be accepted completely.
Placed – The order has been placed and the payment has been accepted. The order is now awaiting processing and dispatch from Tenax.
Completed – The order has been completed and dispatched.
Are all products kept in stock?
Most products are kept in stock or replenished on a frequent basis, if you would like to purchase something that is showing out of stock, please contact the sales office for delivery dates.
Delivery times?
If a product is in stock, then standard delivery is 3-4 working days. Overnight deliveries are available but will incur a surcharge, please contact the sales office for details. Our products will be delivered by a courier who will require a signature upon delivery.
Where do we deliver to?

Can I have a bespoke product?
Yes, we are able to produce products for bespoke applications, such as different colours, or modified meshes, however there is likely to be a minimum order quantity. Please contact the sales office for more information – 01978 664667
